Recommend: PWC Service in Maryland?

Hello,

Could someone recommend where to go for regularly scheduled maintenance
on a PWC?

I live in the Washington DC/ Maryland area.
I have a Yamaha FX 140 w/ten hours on it.
I bought it out of the area, so going to the original dealer is not
feasible.

Also, I smell a little gas in the engine compartment area behind the
seat, at the back. Is this normal?

I had one shop offer to do the service for $420. This seems a bit much,
is this worth it?
